Google Reviews

Collect more Google reviews with built-in review requests, credit tracking, and team leaderboards.

OfficeHubb helps your agency collect more Google reviews through a built-in review request system that tracks credits, shows leaderboards, and links directly to your Google Business listing.

How review requests work

  1. Google Place ID — Your agency connects a Google Place ID in Settings. This is the unique identifier for your Google Business listing and is used to generate the direct review link.
  2. Send a request — Any staff member can send a review request from the Reviews section. Each request sends an email to the client with a branded message and a link that opens Google Reviews directly.
  3. Credit tracking — When a review request is sent, the sender receives one review credit. Credits are visible to everyone in the agency.

Review leaderboard

The leaderboard ranks team members by total review credits sent. It updates in real time as new requests go out. This helps agencies gamify the review collection process and motivate staff to ask clients for feedback.

Setting up Google Reviews

  1. Go to Settings → Agency Profile and enter your Google Place ID.
  2. Make sure your agency has a valid email sending domain configured (emails are sent from your agency's OfficeHubb address via officehubb.net).
  3. Navigate to the Reviews section in the sidebar to start sending requests.

Tips for more reviews

  • Send the request while the client is still on the phone — they are most likely to leave a review immediately after a positive interaction.
  • Personalize the request when possible. The email includes your agency name and a friendly prompt.
  • Track your leaderboard weekly to encourage healthy competition among team members.

What clients see

Clients receive a professional email with your agency name, a short thank-you message, and a button that opens the Google review form for your business. The link takes them directly to the review input — no searching required.
