Google Reviews
Connect your Google Business listing, send review requests, and show reviews on your public page.
OfficeHubb helps your agency collect more Google reviews — connect your Google Business listing once, then send review requests, watch new reviews arrive, and show them off on your public page.
Connecting your Google Business listing
There's nothing technical to look up. In Settings → Agency → Google Business (owner only), OfficeHubb searches Google for your agency by name, shows you the matches, and you tap "This is mine." Connecting can also pre-fill your address, phone, and website, and builds your direct review link automatically. The same connect step is offered during onboarding.
Sending review requests
From the Reviews page (or the review tiles on your Home dashboard), enter the client's name and email and hit send. The client gets a clean, agency-branded email with a Leave a Google review button that opens Google's review box directly — no searching, no friction. Replies to the email go to the agent who sent it.
Requests are available on the Growth plan and up, and every send passes through the same compliance checks as the rest of OfficeHubb's messaging (opt-outs honored, sending windows, duplicate protection).
The leaderboard
The Reviews page ranks team members by review requests sent. Asking is the part your team controls — so that's what gets measured and celebrated. Pair it with a bonus campaign to put a prize on it.
Reviews come back to you
- On your Home dashboard — a Google reviews panel features your latest reviews, tracks requests sent this month, your average rating, and how long it's been since the last new review.
- On your public landing page — your latest Google reviews display automatically to prospects.
- In your notifications — when a new review lands on your listing, the whole team gets notified, star rating and all. Reviews refresh daily on their own.
Put it on autopilot
With messaging enabled, your Messaging Plan can send a thank-you text after every closed sale and follow it with a review request a couple of weeks later — automatically, with your approval controls in place.
Tips for more reviews
- Ask right after a positive moment — a bound policy, a solved claim, money saved on a renewal.
- Send while the client is still on the phone.
- Watch the "days since last review" tile — steady beats bursts for your Google presence.
