Growth adds a website, commission tracking, team chat, lead forms, Google Reviews, and expands to 8 Users. The Full Package unlocks AI client intake, jump-in live chat, and includes 15+ Users.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Change your plan at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does billing work?
Choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly saves ~17% across all plans. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
Is there a free trial?

What happens if I hit the user limit?

Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you're on an annual plan, your access continues through the end of your billing period.
How do reward credits work?
Complete six onboarding milestones during your free trial (logging a sale, adding a pipeline card, inviting a teammate, etc.) and your second month is free — automatically. Miss any of them and your second month bills at your tier price. Available on every plan.
Will OfficeHubb replace my AMS or comparative rater?
No — and that’s the point. OfficeHubb sits alongside the tools you already use. Your AMS (HawkSoft, Applied Epic, AMS360, etc.) and rater (PL Rating, Tarmika, EZLynx, etc.) stay where they are. We focus on the lead flow, AI intake, sales attribution, and customer messaging side — and we deep-link prospect data into your rater so your team doesn’t retype it. The CRM pipeline and sales tracking are built in, so for that side you don’t need a separate tool.
Do plans include customer email and texting?
Yes. Every plan ships with customer email and SMS — quote follow-ups, renewal nudges, review requests, and ad-hoc messages. SMS uses your own A2P 10DLC-registered number (provisioned in-app in about a minute); email sends from your agency-branded sender. Consent tracking, quiet hours, opt-outs, and TCPA pacing are built in.
