Appearance — Light & Dark Mode

1. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the hub.
2. In the dropdown, find the Appearance section (between Billing and Sign Out).
3. Click Light or Dark to toggle instantly.

• Your preference is saved to your account and persists across devices and sessions.
• Switching themes updates the interface immediately — no page reload needed.
• Your choice does not affect other users in your agency.

• The agency owner sets the overall color scheme (e.g., Blue, OfficeHubb) and default light/dark mode from Settings → Appearance.
• The agency's choice determines what the public landing page looks like for clients.
• Individual users can override the light/dark mode for their own hub experience, but the color family stays the same.

For example, if the agency uses the "Blue" theme in dark mode, you can switch to "Blue light" for yourself, but you can't change the color from Blue to something else — that's an agency-wide setting.
