Five color themes for your agency, with a personal light/dark mode for every user.
OfficeHubb ships with five color themes, each in a light and dark variant: OfficeHubb (gold & violet), Blue, Emerald, Crimson, and Slate.
Agency theme vs. personal mode
- The agency owner picks the color family for the whole agency — in Settings → Agency → Appearance, with a live preview that saves automatically. New agencies also pick a theme during onboarding.
- The agency's theme is what clients see on your public landing page.
- Each user chooses light or dark mode for themselves. Your choice never affects teammates — only the color family is agency-wide.
Switching light and dark mode
- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the hub.
- Find the Appearance row in the dropdown.
- Click Light or Dark — it applies instantly, no reload.
Your preference is saved to your account, so it follows you across devices and sessions.
A note on light mode
In light variants, the top bar and sidebar intentionally stay in the theme's dark palette — a dark frame around a light workspace. That contrast is by design, so the page content stays the star.
