Why a working agent built this

I'm a third-generation insurance agent in Florida. My grandfather was the first. My dad still runs an agency, and now I run one of my own. Insurance is the only career I've ever known.

My friend agents and I kept having the same conversation — the tools on the market didn't quite fit how an agency actually works. The CRMs were built for software sales teams, not insurance pipelines. The commission tools didn't understand premiums or splits. The chat apps had no concept of lead intake. We patched the gaps with spreadsheets and ChatGPT tabs, and none of it ever felt like a real platform for our agency.

So I built OfficeHubb. It's the platform I wanted to use in my own agency — sitting alongside the AMS and rater we already trust, not trying to replace them. It runs my agency today. It can run yours tomorrow.
