Pipeline & Lead Management

Learn how to work leads through your pipeline, manage follow-ups, and understand the core workflow at a high level.

What it is

The pipeline is your visual lead board. Each card represents a person or household your team is working, and each column represents a stage in your sales process.

Core workflow

  1. Add or receive a lead.
  2. Move the card through your stages.
  3. Open the card to review answers, comments, and activity.
  4. Schedule follow-ups when the lead is not ready yet.
  5. Report the sale when the lead closes.

Common actions

  • Drag cards between stages
  • Open a card for more detail
  • Schedule follow-ups
  • Archive dead leads
  • Transfer ownership or use split credit where your agency allows it

Archive and follow-ups

The archive helps your team keep the live board clean without losing past lead history.

Follow-ups let you take a lead off the active board until it is time to work it again.

Common questions

Why can a teammate see cards I cannot? Role permissions and shared-pipeline access affect visibility.

Can I move a lead to someone else? Yes, where your role and agency settings allow it.

Why is a lead not on the board anymore? It may be in follow-up, archived, or sitting in a different filtered view.
