OfficeHubb ("we," "us," or "our") operates the OfficeHubb platform located at officehubb.net and related subdomains (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials managed through our identity provider, Clerk.

Agency data. Information you enter about your insurance agency, including agency name, contact details, team members, pipeline leads, sales records, commission structures, forms, and chat transcripts.

Payment information. Billing details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Usage data. We collect log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage to improve the Service.

Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process transactions and send billing notifications via Stripe
• Provide AI-powered features using Anthropic's Claude models
• Send transactional emails via Resend (e.g., review requests, notifications)
• Facilitate Google Reviews integration when configured by you
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We share data with the following service providers who act as data processors on our behalf:

• Clerk — authentication and identity management
• Supabase — database hosting and storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• PayPal — partner payout processing
• Anthropic — AI-powered chat and data normalization
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting

Each provider maintains its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication via Clerk, and access controls on our database. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
