Terms of Service

By accessing or using the OfficeHubb platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OfficeHubb.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We use Clerk for authentication and are not responsible for Clerk's service availability.

Plans. The Service is offered under tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Full Package) with features gated by tier. Plan details and pricing are available at /pricing.

Free trial. New accounts may receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using gated features.

Payment. All payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

Promo codes. Promotional discounts are applied at checkout and are subject to their stated terms. Promo codes may be linked to referral partners.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (leads, sales records, documents, chat transcripts, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service, including transmitting data to third-party processors described in our Privacy Policy.

Certain features use AI models provided by Anthropic (Claude). AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by OfficeHubb and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe, PayPal, Google, Clerk, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfficeHubb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or our legitimate business interests.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
