Install the mobile companion from the web — team chat, the client inbox, outreach approvals, and Agency AI in your pocket.
OfficeHubb has a mobile companion app — the parts of the office you need when you're away from your desk, installed straight from the web. No app store, no waiting for updates.
Installing it
- Click your avatar in the top bar and choose Get the mobile app (or find the panel at the bottom of Settings → Profile).
- Scan the QR code with your phone — or email yourself the link.
- Follow the one-tap prompt (Android) or Share → Add to Home Screen (iPhone).
OfficeHubb installs like a real app: its own icon, full screen, no browser bar. It uses the same sign-in as the desktop, and it updates itself automatically.
What you can do from your phone
- Office — the team room and your DMs, live, exactly as on desktop (Growth plan and up).
- Clients — Inbox — every client's email and text conversation, with reply-in-place.
- Clients — Approvals — the outreach queue in your pocket: read each proposed follow-up, approve it, edit it, snooze it, reject it, or tell the AI how to redo it ("shorter," "warmer," "ask for a call"). The morning queue takes two minutes from the coffee line.
- Agency AI — ask about your book from anywhere (The Full Package).
Anything the companion doesn't cover is one tap away — Open the full site takes you to the complete OfficeHubb, and a floating pill brings you back to the app.
Good to know
- Same rules everywhere: approvals from your phone pass the exact same compliance checks as desktop.
- Sign out anytime from the app's Settings tab.
- It's a companion, not a replacement — the full desktop experience is where deep work like commission setup and imports lives.
