Agency Landing Page
Your branded public page with AI chat, quote requests, and 24/7 lead capture.
Every OfficeHubb agency gets a branded public landing page that clients can visit to learn about your agency, get a quote, or chat with your AI assistant.
What's on the page
### Agency branding
Your landing page displays your agency name, logo (if uploaded), and the description set in your agency settings. The page automatically uses your agency's selected color theme and light/dark mode.
### AI Chat
An AI-powered chat widget is available on your landing page 24/7. When a visitor starts a conversation:
- The AI greets them and asks about the type of insurance they need.
- Product questions — Based on the selected product, the AI asks relevant intake questions that your agency has enabled.
- Personal details — The AI collects name, phone, email, date of birth, address, and other key information naturally.
- Closing questions — The AI asks about referral source and preferred agent (if you have multiple team members).
- Handoff — Once intake is complete, a pipeline card is created and assigned via round robin. If a staff member is online, they can join the chat live.
Your team is notified the moment a prospect starts typing, so someone can claim the lead or let the AI handle it.
### Get a Quote
Visitors can click "Get a Quote" to start the form-based intake flow. This opens the same question-driven experience powered by your agency's configured products and questions.
### Request an Agent
Visitors can request to speak with a specific agent or be connected to the next available team member.
Customization
- Logo — Upload your agency logo in Settings → Agency Profile. It appears at the top of your landing page.
- Theme — Your landing page uses the theme preset selected in agency settings (color + light/dark). Clients see whatever theme the agency has chosen.
- Products — Only the products you've enabled in "Products We Write" appear in the intake flow.
- Questions — Only the questions you've toggled on for each product are asked during intake.
