Bonuses & Compensation

Award bonuses to team members and track them alongside commissions in the Compensation tab.

OfficeHubb includes a bonus system that lets agency owners reward team members for hitting goals, winning contests, or any other reason. Bonuses appear alongside commissions in the Compensation tab.

How bonuses work

  1. Agent or Management creates a bonus — From the Compensation section, authorized users can award a bonus to any team member.
  2. Bonus details — Each bonus includes an amount, a description (reason), and the recipient.
  3. Visibility — The recipient sees their bonuses in their personal Compensation tab. Agents and Management can see all bonuses across the team.

Where bonuses appear

  • Compensation tab — Bonuses are listed alongside commission earnings, giving each team member a complete picture of their total compensation.
  • Sales Dashboard — Bonus totals may appear in dashboard widgets depending on your dashboard configuration.

Who can award bonuses

  • Agent (agency owner) and Management roles can create and manage bonuses.
  • Sales and Service roles can view their own bonuses but cannot create them.

Use cases

  • Monthly performance bonus — Reward the top seller each month.
  • Contest prizes — Run a sales contest and award bonuses to winners.
  • Discretionary awards — Recognize great customer service, team contributions, or milestones.

Tips

  • Use the description field to explain why the bonus was awarded. This makes it easy to track and reference later.
  • Bonuses are separate from commissions — they don't affect commission calculations or tier progress.
