OfficeHubb SMS Terms

The OfficeHubb text-message program lets our team send you SMS about getting set up and using your OfficeHubb account, including onboarding help, setup scheduling, and answers to your questions, as well as occasional promotional messages about OfficeHubb products, features, and offers. Messages are sent by OfficeHubb LLC.

You join the program only by giving express consent in one of two ways: (a) submitting the opt-in form at officehubb.net/sms-optin and checking the SMS-consent box, or (b) telling an OfficeHubb representative that you agree to receive texts, which they record with a timestamp. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We only text numbers that have opted in.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and where you are in setting up your account.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. OfficeHubb does not charge you for the messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also reply in plain words, such as "stop texting me," in English or Spanish. You'll receive one confirmation and then no further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at tanner@officehubb.net or (219) 771-8475.

Mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in / consent data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes. It is shared only with our SMS infrastructure provider (Telnyx) as needed to deliver the messages you opted in to receive. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Insurance agencies that use OfficeHubb text their own prospects and clients under their own name and their own registered texting program. Those texts are not part of this program. The agency's own consent terms and privacy page apply; each agency's privacy page is linked from its quote form and chat. Reply STOP to any of those texts to stop that agency's texts. When OfficeHubb sends a one-time verification code to a person setting up texting for their agency, that text is part of the setup they asked for, not this program.
